Financial arrangements will be coordinated with the estimated insurance benefits. Even if we are not a preferred provider for your specific plan, often your plan will pay for you to be seen in our office, although the percentage of your personal balance may be just slightly higher. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.Please bring your most current insurance information with you to the appointment.
